Exmouth is a tourist destination located 1200km north of Perth which main season is from March-October where we experience high volumes of locals and tourists. As a successful candidate you will

• Have at least 2+ years previous management experience
• Show a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Always maintain professional under pressure and lead by example
• Be passionate about team training and development in all areas of the business
• Adapt to your environment and overcome challenges with a positive attitude
• Have a high level of critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Have 2+ years previous experience as a Barista
• Have a proven track record as an exceptional restaurant or cafe manager, ideally within a similar high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a premium service

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

Managing the front and back of house team, by making sure they are on task and following procedures correctly.
Quality control; making sure staff are following the procedures and recipes correctly. Ensuring the quality of food and beverage being served is high quality.
Manage all aspects of cafe operations, including staffing, ordering, inventory, Training and monitoring all staff and providing feedback.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase profitability
Foster a positive, collaborative work culture and provide mentorship and training to your team
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety regulations
