Join an Australian organisation in the innovative and product led education space as a Business Applications Specialist focusing on Hubspot based in Macquarie Park. The organisation works with a variety of education establishments in supporting their professional development for both schools and teachers, operating a variety of centres with their programs and products.

In this role you will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to ensure that the technology on offer to their customers offers a great experience as well as ensuring the team has the tools they need to be successful.

The organisations application ecosystem consists of public-cloud SaaS providers. This role will translate business requirements into configuration choices withing the features of the system offered. You will work alongside support partners to ensure they understand business needs and are devising solutions using these platforms.

This role requires excellent customer service skills to communicate and build relationships across the business and external vendors. In this role you will continuously contribute to cyber security, implement identity and access management controls and implement continuous improvements to the information security practices.

You will:

• Provide support to each core system – HubSpot, Microsoft 365 and Zoom, including troubleshooting, training and optimal system performance
• Evaluate how systems can be adapted to support business needs, recommend improvements to the design and development of these solutions to enhance efficiency
• Be the primary point of contact for external vendors
• Support the design and configuration, implementation, testing, analysis and management of changes/updates to applications
• Investigate issues and identification of root causes
• Provide support to project management, assist project teams in completing tasks and achieving targets within budget and on time

Your experience:

• Similar role supporting Business Applications in Australia
• Knowledge and understanding of HubSpot – certifications would be ideal
• Experience in Automations, Operations Hub and integrations with WordPress and WooCommerce (good to have but not essential)
• Practical understanding of WordPress
