About the Role

As the Leasing & Community Manager, you’ll be the face of the business, driving occupancy, managing leads, and ensuring members have an outstanding experience. You’ll handle sales enquiries, office inspections, and lease agreements while maintaining an engaging and well-managed workspace.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Responding to sales enquiries and conducting office inspections

✔️ Preparing sales proposals and leasing agreements

✔️ Managing CRM and generating new business leads

✔️ Overseeing property maintenance and member satisfaction

✔️ Preparing occupancy and sales reports for management

✔️ Collaborating with the events team to enhance networking opportunities

✔️ Ensuring high occupancy levels through proactive leasing efforts

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a co-working environment as a Leasing Manager/Community Manager or in commercial Sales & Leasing

🔹 Strong business development and CRM management skills

🔹 Passion for customer service and creating engaging workspaces

🔹 Excellent communication and organisational skills

🔹 A proactive, hands-on approach to property and office management
