Senior Property Manager – Leadership Opportunity

Century 21 Lifestyle Caloundra is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Manager to join our multi award-winning agency. What We’re Looking For:

We need someone with experience, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You should take pride in your work, be an excellent communicator, team player, highly organised, and capable of making quick decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing your own geographically based residential portfolio.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure strong relationships.
• Coordinating maintenance requests.
• Monitoring rent arrears and renewals.
• Preparing legal documents (tribunal paperwork, bond forms, terminations).
• General property management duties.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Property Manager Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management
• Current QLD Driver’s Licence
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Organisational & time management skills
• A thorough understanding of legislation & leasing practices
• Experience with Property Me (preferred but not essential)
