About the role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team at Panorama apartments in Bowen Hills, QLD 4006. This is a full-time role that will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient management of our residential properties.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service to our tenants, including responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with the coordination of property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Supporting the Property Manager with the administration of leases, tenancy agreements, and other legal documents
  • Conducting routine property inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained
  • Facilitating the collection of rent payments and managing arrears
  • Assisting with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties
  • Collaborating with the broader team to implement effective property management strategies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a property management or real estate role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Property Me & Mybos
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulations
