About the role
Bridgeway concept Pty LTD' is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Technician to join our team in Ferryden Park, SA. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in designing and drafting civil engineering plans and drawings.
• Assist with the design and development of civil engineering projects.
• Conduct site inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform technical calculations and analysis to support engineering decision-making
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Technician or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction methods
• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
