About You

You are a compassionate and empathetic individual with experience working with families and participants. You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a strong ability to liaise with both families and service providers to ensure the best outcomes. Your communication skills are exceptional, and you are confident in managing and coordinating services to meet the individual needs of participants. Above all, you are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Case Management qualifications & experience
  • Experience working with participants and families
  • Solid knowledge of the NDIS
  • Strong administration & record-keeping skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good computer skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a flexible schedule
  • A current driver’s license

We are seeking an empathetic, strong, and organized individual to join our team as a Support Coordinator. You will be responsible for liaising with families, ensuring that they receive the appropriate support and services to meet their unique needs.

The applicants are required to answer the following questions:

  • Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
  • Do you have a current Australian driver's license?
  • Do you have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)?
  • Do you have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check?
  • Which of the following First Aid accreditations do you currently hold?

Location - Castle Hill NSW - Essential requirements:

  • Working with Children's Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • NSW Driver's Licence
  • Driving History Record from Service NSW
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) Clearance
  • Immunisation History Statement

Roster: Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 3.00pm (Flexible) 70 hours per fortnightly

You must have the right to live and work in Australia.
