As a leading OEM provider of vibrating screens, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Project Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth project execution and supporting various stages of project management, including documentation management, order tracking, supplier coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Manage all procurement documentation, including arrange, review and compile MDR documentation in compliance with the approved index.
- Procurement: Carry out procurement activities such as raising and tracking orders, liaising with suppliers to get the best quality and value for our projects. Develop and maintain procurement registers and plans.
- Expediting: Track the progress of procured parts/services and ensure timely reporting of progress by all suppliers and contractors.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure smooth communication. Keep stakeholders information through document updates and meetings.
- Reporting & Administration: Support the Senior Procurement Officer with regular reporting, assist with transport and delivery arrangements, participate in project meetings and information maintenance.
- Continuous Improvement: Help refine processes to make our workflows more efficient and effective.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience with OEM equipment project delivery in the mining and construction market in Australia, or similar. Desirable: Engineering or trade qualification. Familiar with Incoterms 2020.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy in document handling and data entry.
- Communication: Team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
