Technical Procurement Officer / Analyst:

Location: South of the River, Perth
Salary: Up to $95,000 + Super
Industry: Aged Care

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected aged care organization seeking a Technical Procurement Officer / Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven procurement professional to step into a role where they can make a real impact through analytics and strategic decision-making.

About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, optimizing processes, and providing key insights to support business decisions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will use your technical expertise to ensure procurement strategies are data-backed and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Power BI, Excel (advanced), and other analytics tools to track and interpret procurement data.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within procurement data.
  • Support procurement planning and contract management with strategic recommendations.

About You:

  • Strong technical and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Highly proficient in Power BI, Excel (advanced), and other data analysis tools.
  • Background in procurement, supply chain, or financial analysis within a structured environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
