We’re looking for a dedicated Administration Support & Reception Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients, staff, and stakeholders.
About the Role
As an Administration Support & Reception Officer, you will:
- Provide a professional, client-focused reception service, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls, greet clients, and direct inquiries efficiently and respectfully.
- Support administration tasks, including mail distribution, office supply management, and document archiving.
- Assist with building access, motor vehicle fleet bookings, and maintaining visitor pass records.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
This role is central to creating a positive first impression while maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Position Details
- Monday 9:00am till 1pm
- Wednesday 9:00am till 1pm
- Thursday 9:00am till 1pm
- Friday 9:00am till 1pm
- Fixed term position until 20 June 2025
- Working at Various Geelong locations
- 0.42 FTE working the following schedule:
- $73,961 (pro-rata) p/a + Super + Salary Packaging

What We're Looking For
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information databases, with the ability to navigate various IT systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to managing workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring every client and stakeholder interaction is professional and supportive.
