The Role:
We are seeking an experienced allied health clinic administrator to fulfill a newly created position of Integrations Coordinator to support the process of integrating newly acquired clinics into the Healthia Limited network.
Applicants require a strong background in Allied Health front of house administration and clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the front of house and clinic workflows within Allied Health Clinics and the ability to support the smooth transition of teams into our organization.
This position is full-time from the Healthia Limited Bowen Hills office and will require travel throughout Australia to assist in the integration of clinics in various locations. Travel frequency is workflow dependent but is expected to consist of 1-2 days overnight approximately every fortnight.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assist in data collection prior to the settlement of new businesses.
- Assist the onboarding and integration of newly acquired Allied Health clinics.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth operational integration and transition to the Healthia environment for new clinic teams.
- Support administrative processes, including system migrations, Healthia Limited operating environment implementation, and procedural changes.
- Provide hands-on support for clinics post-acquisition, helping front of house teams adapt to new systems and processes.
- Identify and address operational challenges during the integration process.
- Maintain documentation, records, and compliance requirements.
- Travel to clinic locations within Australia as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Administration or / Practice Manager within an Australian Allied Health Clinic.
- A strong understanding of Australian Allied Health clinic operations, workflows, and administrative processes.
- Proficiency using a number of health practice management software systems eg. Nookal, PracSuite, Cliniko, Hicaps Digital, Tyro Health Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Thorough understanding of third-party funding through CTP insurers, Work injury insurers, NDIS, Medicare, and DVA.
- Collaborative team player.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail oriented, ability to follow process and handle stress and multiple tasks.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads and priorities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements.
