We seek a diligent and detail-oriented Junior brand manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing brand team.
As a Brand Marketing and Operational Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the brand's marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively handle administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies. You will assist in preparing marketing materials, managing office functions, updating product information, and maintaining essential documentation. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple responsibilities will be key to supporting our sales and marketing teams in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, quotation, and sales order processing (including pickup, and document preparation).
- Discuss and review marketing investments with local media agencies.
- Prepare for social media and offline exhibitions (materials, design, communication).
- Review promotional articles and advertisement/banner designs (including for JATcorp, Neurio, and Moroka overseas public accounts).
- Update product formulations (coordinate formulation changes and quotations with the factory QA).
- Discuss quarterly investment plans and review post-investment reports.
Office Management: Organize and maintain office systems and procedures.
Document Management: Create and maintain files, both physical and digital.
Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and facilitate internal communication between departments.
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory and order supplies.
Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation and data entry.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate within the organization.
Customer Service: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents.
Data Management: Organize and update customer and sales data.
Marketing Support: Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Execute additional tasks and temporary assignments as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of e-commerce and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Office software.
