Job Description

We are looking for a CNC Laser Cutting & Press-Brake Operator who can work autonomously to operate and maintain our laser cutting and press-brake machines, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in production.

We welcome both experienced operators and those willing to learn. Experience in either CNC laser cutting or press-brake operation is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience operating a CNC press-brake machine.
• Operate and maintain CNC laser cutting machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precision cuts and bends.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Preferably hold a forklift license or be willing to obtain one.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Work collaboratively within a people-first culture.
