About our client:

This National building and construction facilities management company that provides innovative building solutions for both the aged care construction, education, commercial and high-end residential sectors are dedicated to building better spaces for commercial exterior refurb projects throughout Australia.

About the role:

  • Process employee timesheets each week
  • Complete Jobpac Admin data entry
  • Support accounts payable by matching, tracking, posting and following up invoices/claims
  • Assist Office Manager with overflow work in data entry, admin support.
  • Perform checks of competency/licences/induction records for Contractors and Employees
  • Coordinate building maintenance and ensures the office environment is kept tidy and orderly at all times
  • Manage/co-ordinate weekly meetings
  • Support Office Manager to organise key branch functions and entertainment
  • Manages the ordering and distribution of branch uniforms and updates uniform data.
  • Overall tidiness of the kitchen lunch room and entry area.

About you:

  • Proficient in Microsoft skills outlook, excel word
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Polite and courteous telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven attention to detail, accurate
  • Willingness to learn to input of employee timesheets
