The Role:

• Respond to rental inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct open homes and property inspections
• Manage leasing applications and reference checks
• Prepare lease sign-ups and lease packs
• Oversee diary management & administrative tasks
• Complete ingoing inspections

Skills & Experience:

• A Certificate of Registration (COR), car, and driver’s license are essential
• Previous leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of professionalism and customer service
• Excellent rapport-building skills and a team-oriented attitude
