The Role:

• Assisting the Property Management team
• Advertising properties for lease
• Scheduling and attending open for inspections
• Processing rental applications
• Reference checking applicants
• Undertaking ingoing inspections
• Assisting with routine inspections where required
• Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week

The Person:

• MUST have Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
• Previous real estate experience is not essential - open to entry level candidates with a passion for property
• Have own car and valid drivers licence
• Immaculate communication skills - this role will have you communicating with high-end clientele. You must pride yourself on your customer service and be happy to go the extra mile!
• Hold strong administration skills
• Pride yourself on self presentation
• Local knowledge of the Northern Beaches
