About the Role

Our client in the Eastern Suburbs is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join their positive, energetic office environment.

Joining the team your role will give you the opportunity to assist landlords in screening and securing suitable tenants for their property. You will be supported from a fantastic Department Head and surrounding team members. With structured procedures and streamlined systems in order which involves all aspects of day to day Leasing.

Duties

• Diary Management
• Routine inspections
• Preparing lease sign ups
• Ad hoc administration duties
• Preparation of new lease agreements
• Advertising and marketing properties for lease
• Reference checking applicants & reviewing forms
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Liaising with prospective tenants and screening applications
• Saturdays with a day a half day during the week

Skills and experience

• Entry level considered
• Current driver's license
• Knowledge of REST/FILESMART
• Current Certificate of Registration
• Certificate of Registration is mandatory, applications will not be reviewed if this is not currently being completed or completed.
• 2+ years experience in the real estate industry must speak Mandarin speaking preferred
