Indulkana Anangu School is located on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands in the far North of South Australia. Following the school values of Kunpu wanganara nintiringkupai (strong, smart and respectful learners,) we provide education for the Indulkana Community through our Family Centre, Preschool and Reception to Year 12 classes. We nurture and help our students to develop skills as leaders of tomorrow in Western and Anangu Culture. All sectors of the school work together collaboratively to ensure the learning, development and well-being of our students.
We are seeking a Coordinator of Personalised Learning to join the leadership team and to support the growth of our students. You’ll be responsible for leading and facilitating the development of One Plans, mentoring teachers and Anangu educators in the implementation of One Plans, and fostering positive, open relationships with children, staff and families to provide honest feedback about learning achievements.

Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park is at your fingertips, get out on country with community, and explore the incredible pieces and stories on offer at Iwantja Arts in town. Indulkana is right by Marla, which is out of community, and the Sturt Highway for easy access to the airport.
What you will bring:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to be positive and extremely flexible.
- Ability to develop respectful reciprocal relationships with Anangu Educators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Require a willingness to take on new learning and pedagogies to suit a wide range of learners is essential.
