HomeFront Australia (HFA) is seeking a motivated Business Coordinator to support our Business Division through exceptional coordination, administration, and office management.
This diverse, hands-on role is primarily based in our Milton office, with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home days as appropriate. Ideal for an experienced all-rounder, this role requires a proactive approach to collaborate and coordinate across teams, ensuring seamless day to day business operations.

With over 1500 vetted HFA service providers delivering domestic cleaning, gardening, mowing, meal preparation, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and more Australia-wide, we support DVA, NDIS and Aged Care clients directly in their homes wherever they live.
Reporting to the Business Director, you will have a broad range of tasks and responsibilities including:
- Provide coordination and support across all business activities including meetings, engagements, events, projects, and staff travel.
- Maintain the corporate calendar and related systems, and provide reporting on upcoming calendar events.
- Conduct coordination and planning of internal and external events, including working outside of standard business hours, and at various locations, to support event delivery as required.
- Monitor and manage incoming communications, triaging emails and calls, actioning requests where possible, and delegating to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Management and maintenance of office spaces and including stationary and kitchen supplies, office catering, and facilities.
- Support the development and maintenance of administrative systems for office management and coordination.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of business documents, and maintain accurate documentation and records as required.
- Conduct tasks to provide executive and personal assistance support to senior leadership.
To be considered for this role (qualifications & experience):
- Minimum 3 years experience providing coordination, office management and administration, or executive assistance support to a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- High-level, articulate, and nuanced verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and critical thinking, with sound judgement, and proactive problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated initiative.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly developed computer skills, and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems.
- Must have an open drivers licence and own vehicle.
- Working knowledge of or lived experience with the Australian Defence or Veteran community is beneficial.
