As our business is growing, we are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis.

• Flights ex Adelaide
• Camp/meals provided
• 12-hour days
• Flexible roster for the right candidate
• $64-$68/hr.

About the Role:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Provide leadership and support to electricians, leading hands, and other trades.
• Assist in scheduling work to meet project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring a strong safety culture on-site.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure accurate documentation of work completed, including compliance and quality checks.

About you:

• Electrical Workers' Licence (essential)
• Experience in mining, heavy industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams in a fast-paced work environment.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Current White Card (Construction Induction Training).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
