The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Account Manager to drive growth by developing new relationships with architects and designers across the Sydney market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on networking, has a passion for design, and understands the importance of strong client partnerships.

As a key member of our Commercial Sales Team, you will be responsible for introducing our product range to architects, interior designers, and design studios, ensuring our brand is top-of-mind in their projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new architectural and design firms, establishing strong business relationships.
  • Promote our product range through presentations, showroom visits, and industry events.
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications, positioning our brand as the preferred choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop tailored strategies for the A&D (Architects & Designers) sector.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Represent the brand at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Who You Are

  • A natural relationship builder with experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Background in design, architecture, construction materials, or premium surfaces is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve growth targets.
  • Ability to travel across Sydney and occasionally interstate for key events.
  • A valid driver’s licence is required.
