ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager Team Lead to join our team full-time at our Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne office location. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 1-4 Relationship Managers while also overseeing your own portfolio of client accounts. You will serve as both a team leader, and a relationship manager for your designated accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your success will depend on your ability to lead a team effectively, manage client relationships, solve problems creatively, and communicate with clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership: Lead, coordinate and provide support to a team of 1-4 Relationship Managers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring progress toward individual, team and company goals.

Client Relationship Management: Foster positive commercial relationships with clients, proactively working to understand client needs and deliver meaningful solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Problem Solving & Strategic Oversight: Provide guidance to your team on complex client issues, engaging relevant internal stakeholders to help create and deliver innovative solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Communication & Reporting: Ensure clear and timely communication with clients, internal teams, and senior management. Lead the team in presenting client and portfolio updates and reporting on progress towards team goals .

Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Team Development: Support the development of your team members, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership, administrative, and organisational skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate the following:

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and support a team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment while driving performance towards individual, team and company goals.

Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders across assigned accounts.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional telephone manner and the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in CRM systems, to maintain accurate client records and manage team workflows.

Driver's License: Current valid driver's license required for travel to client sites.

Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in healthcare is advantageous and highly regarded.

Industry Experience: Previous experience in the mining, resources and/or transport industries is well regarded.
