About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Ofload, you will be the frontline support for our customers, ensuring they receive world-class service. You will play a key role in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with internal teams to drive solutions and improve service quality.

This role will be required to work hours of either 6am to 2pm or 1pm to 9pm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating where necessary to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions to ensure transparency and service consistency.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on common customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance our service.
  • Support high-priority customers with tailored assistance and proactive communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in logistics or freight is a plus but not required.
