Clodeli Cafe is seeking a Cafe Manager

We are on the search for our next cafe manager to oversee daily operations, assist with staff and the general overall running of the cafe.

We are a vibrant family run cafe, with a strong local following, and a love for all things food and coffee.

We are located in Clovelly, NSW, on a direct bus route to central and bondi junction

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced team member to assist in leading the team and ensure an excellent experience for our customers.

This role would include:

• Full time hours (including weekends) between Tuesday to Sundays.
• Daytime hours only (No Nights) between 6:30am - 4pm
• Overseeing daily operations of the cafe, to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Maintain stock control and ordering
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

What we are looking for:

• Someone with a minimum two years experience in a management role within the cafe industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Someone with with excellent organisation and multi-taking abilities
• A passion for coffee and food and the hospitality industry.
• Coffee knowledge and barista experience is a plus, on job training is provided
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
