25 hours per week

Monday to Friday

1:00pm to 6:00pm (1:00pm to 3:00pm Administration – 3:00pm to 6:00pm on the floor)

What will you need?

Your Responsibilities

You will be part of a team facilitating the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance and quality care is provided. You will take on the administrative duties, employee management and role of the Nominated Supervisor.

Selection Criteria

• Educational qualifications and experience relevant to the role, including leadership aspects of the role.
• Robust experience in Early Childhood Care and Education Services or similar industry
• Demonstrable sound knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation, Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Frameworks, and Industry Standards, as well as the My Time, Our Place Framework.
• Extensive understanding of current relevant legislative requirements such as Workplace Health and Safety legislation and regulations and Children and Young Person’s (Care and Protection) Act
• Digital literacy - competently able to use online platforms and knowledge of Child Care Management Systems (e.g. Hubworks)

Specific Requirements

• A current Working with Children Check Clearance
• A satisfactory Criminal Record Check
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
