About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver a 10/10 customer experience through efficiently responding
to customer correspondence and proactively liaising with key internal stakeholders to effectively resolve customer
queries and order issues.
This role will also include Warehouse duties during times of need.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers through phone calls, live chats, emails and in person
- Greeting in-person customers and assisting them with their needs
- Handling customer complaints and returns
- Process customer orders, taking payments using EFTPOS terminals and performing data entry
- Picking and packing click and collect orders
Warehouse duties include (as required):
- Picking, packing and despatching orders
- Receiving incoming stock, unpacking, receipting, labelling and putting away in designated locations
- Utilising warehouse equipment such as walkie stackers & pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Assisting with general warehouse administration and stock count activities
- Other reasonable duties as required
About you

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Must be available to work Saturdays 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Be friendly, reliable, and trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A willingness to learn
- Able to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting heavy boxes up to 30kg) and be comfortable working on your feet
- Previous customer service and / or pick / pack experience highly regarded
- Computer products and technical knowledge is also highly regarded
