About the role:

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. Our customers are met with passionate team members ready to provide the tools and advice on a wide range of products and services to help make their D.I.Y dream a reality.

These are Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time roles, and the flexibility to work morning/day/evening shifts at various hours between 7am-9pm on weekdays and weekends is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

  • Provide our customers with the best experience across the store
  • Be responsible for stock management, whilst ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
  • Serve customers via our checkout registers

Who we're looking for

We're looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow. You'll need:

  • A genuine passion for customer experience
  • To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
  • An eagerness to learn about products and services
  • To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
  • The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
  • Prior experience in customer service or stock management is an added bonus
