About the Role

• As Assistant Bar Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of our bar, balancing efficiency with guest engagement. Your responsibilities will include.
• Engaging guests at our 12-seat bar, delivering warm and knowledgeable service.
• Dispensing drinks efficiently for our 80-seat restaurant, ensuring seamless service
• Crafting classic cocktails with confidence, precision, and consistency
• Preparing high-quality coffee to complement our menu offerings
• Keeping the bar organised, well-stocked, and immaculately clean
• Assisting with stock control, team training, and bar operations

What We're Looking For

• A skilled bartender with strong knowledge of classic cocktails
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and speed
• A passion for hospitality and genuine guest engagement
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
