Position Overview: As an Junior Appointment Setter and Sales Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of managing our influx of fresh leads generated by our marketing campaign. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to these leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales team in converting them into satisfied customers. We need someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to nurturing relationships with potential clients seeking the ultimate sleep experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize incoming leads generated by our marketing campaign.
• Manage and book in deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments using our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handover of qualified leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
