An Established Medical Practice in Baldivis. Baldivis Atwick Terrace Family Medical Practice is seeking an experienced Practice Assistant/Receptionist with great interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to customer service. Are you a caring and professional person. You are comfortable working unaccompanied at reception while greeting patients, attending to office tasks, scheduling appointments and billing accurately. Excellent client service is a priority of the position and includes responding to client and staff needs. Paying attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who is

• Experienced with Best Practice software a great advantage.

.Punctual, reliable, flexible with duties, organised and able to prioritise tasks.

• Able to work unsupervised & autonomously; willing to share the load.

• Friendly and welcoming, able to maintain a sense of humour.

• Alert & responsive to the fact that we are small clinic and everyone has multiple roles

Key duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Scheduling appointments & running patient clinic

Telephones and patient enquiries

Patient billing

General office & administrative duties, including tracking of practice invoices & receipts

Cleaning and tidying practice, especially consult & treatment rooms throughout the day

Opening/closing of the clinic

Infection control
