Our growing mining client is looking for interim support in their finance function with the addition of an Assistant Accountant on a 9 month fixed term contract!

To be considered for this role, you must be Immediately Available.

Your role will be varied, with responsibilities including, but not being limited to;

• Preparing and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and other financial transactions.
• Performing regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Reviewing and verifying invoices before processing for payment.
• Preparing and processing supplier payments, ensuring they align with company policies.
• Assisting in cash flow forecasting by tracking payment schedules.
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc accounting tasks as required.
