The Iconic Edinburgh Hotel located in Mitcham has an exciting opportunity for a full time Chef to join our dedicated team in The Ed Kitchen for our bistro and casual dining areas.
As a Chef your responsibilities would include:
- Working with Head Chef to manage kitchen workload
- Food preparation
- Stock control and wastage
You will need to demonstrate a passion for local produce and a passion for creating modern food and pub classics. Have strong communication skills, exceptional time management with the ability to prioritise your workload. Relevant trade qualification in cooking and hospitality required with full working rights within Australia.
The roles is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly fast paced establishment. Trading lunch and dinner seven days a week with a very busy function department this role will provide the right candidate a rewarding opportunity with flexible working hours, great working conditions and the opportunity to express themselves through their food!
