Position Overview:

The Procurement Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the procurement processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.

Coordinate with suppliers

Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure stock availability.

Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to streamline the delivery process.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders (POs) to invoices and actual stock received, working with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.

Communicate up-to-date pricing information from suppliers to ensure our pricing remains competitive.

You may be required to engage with overseas suppliers, outside of normal office hours.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist in resolving any issues related to procurement and supply chain disruptions.

Possess knowledge of different freight options and their cost implications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or audio equipment industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
