Opportunity

Our client seeks a highly skilled Associate Director to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, with a particular focus on small to medium sized enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Prepares clear and concise work papers as evidence of work performed
• Applies knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating and how the client is positioned in the industry
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards
• Prepares documents for client meetings with Partner
• Helps identify, research and resolve all complex accounting issues
• Preparation of income tax returns
• Provide advice in relation to various tax matters including GST, capital gains tax and fringe benefits tax
• Provide general business advisory advice and support to a wide range of client groups

Key Requirements

• CA/CPA qualified ideally
• Proved experience in managing a portfolio of clients within purlin practice accounting
• Strong knowledge of Div 7A, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), trusts & partnerships
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
