• Location: North Brisbane
• Salary: $90K - $110K + Super + $15K Car Allowance + Petrol Card + Commission (OTE $180K - $200K)

Our Client is expanding rapidly with exciting new products in the pipeline and are looking for a Territory Manager to drive sales and grow our customer base. This role offers autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to work in a hybrid model while managing a specific product portfolio and maintaining relationships with a large database of existing customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and driven professional with a background in Industrial Chemistry or Science-related sales. You may even be a current user of our equipment (Spectroscopy, Process Analytics, Electrochemistry) and strong sales background

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse product portfolio
• Identify and develop new customers and markets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Deliver exceptional service to laboratory customers across the assigned territory
• Provide technical documentation and product support
• Work independently while collaborating with a high-performing sales team
• Meet reporting requirements via CRM tools
• Present and promote products in group settings
• Travel regionally as required

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Chemistry/Science (ideal)
• Experience using Analytical Instrumentation and a sales background
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues on analytical systems
• Strong negotiation, people, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and business development
• Intermediate computer skills
