The Grounds are seeking a full time Head Chef to join our incredible team.

As Head Chef, you will inspire and motivate a team of highly skilled Chefs. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, oversee and maintain a structured and focused menu concept while providing the team with opportunities for training and development.

As Head Chef you will:

• Have extensive experience in a senior leadership position
• Have the ability to work well under pressure whilst preserving an impeccable attention to detail.
• Have the ability to oversee, develop, coach and mentor a team of skilled Chefs.
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Manage and coordinate food supply, stock ordering and waste control effectively
• Carry out new menu production, and menu tasting
• Assist in the training of junior and apprentice chefs
• Oversee the writing and costing of all kitchen rosters, approving correct timesheets, and resolving any timesheet issues
• Ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness is adhered to in all kitchens and food storage areas
