The Client:
Our client is a leader in the architectural space in South East Queensland that specialise in end to end management from design to portfolio management. They are expanding their rent roll and looking for dedicate Senior Property Managers to join their team.

The Role:
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented Senior Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of client care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of a portfolio of 120+ properties
• Conducting routine inspections, preparing entry and exit condition reports, and managing lease renewals.
• Handling QCAT documentation and attendance as required.
• Overseeing advertising and application processing. Assistance provided.
• Coordinating maintenance and handovers from builders.
• Responding to tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Enjoy a balanced hybrid role and work schedule with no weekends required (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm).

The Candidate:

• A current QLD Real Estate License.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
• It would be helpful to have had experience with PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent presentation.
