• An enthusiastic, interactive team player
• A nurse passionate about patient care
• Someone ready to provide exceptional support to our General Practitioners and patients

Role includes:

• Immunisation
• Wound care, Iron therapy, ECG's and other clinical procedures
• Chronic disease management
• Health Assessments
• Health promotion and preventative screening
• Patient Recall and Reminders

Essential criteria:

• AHPRA registration
• Current CPR Certificate or willing to undertake
• WWC Clearance or willing to undertake
• Strong team ethos as well as the ability to work autonomously

Desirable criteria:

• Previous practice nurse experience
• Best Practice experience an advantage.
• 2 years general nursing experience.
