About Us:
We are a leading hospitality provider located along the iconic Great Northern Highway in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Front Office Manger to join our team.

The main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Manage guest reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff.
  • Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and well-presented.
  • Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy levels.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
  • Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Enforce hotel policies and ensure staff follow service standards.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, promotions, and upselling hotel services.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management system.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to management.
  • Handle lost and found items and maintain guest confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

The suitable applicants should:

  • Have minimum of two-year relevant working experience.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage hotel operations in a fast-paced (during the season) environment.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, health & safety regulations, and compliance.
  • Experience with the RMS system is preferred but not essential.

The employer will offer :-

  • A full-time contract for at least 3 years, extendable for further term.
  • An annual salary of $70,000 - $75,000 (negotiable) + superannuation will be offered to the successful candidates with relevant qualification and experience.
  • There will be annual review of performance for higher incentives and bonuses.
  • Accommodation will be provided close to office.
  • Staff discounts available for local shopping.
