About the role

A-Plus Contracting & Poly Welding Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic to join our team in Branxton, NSW. As a fulltime Plant Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a range of heavy machinery and equipment used in our industrial operations. This is a critical role in ensuring our fleet is operating at peak performance and supporting the company's productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fault Finding & Diagnosing: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a wide range of plant equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine servicing to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.
• Repairs: Carry out both onsite and workshop breakdown repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.

Position Details:

• Monday to Friday work schedule.
• Hourly rate + Overtime + Vehicle
• Weekend on-call Schedule & rate
• Work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Trade Certificate: Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or mechanical trade qualification with heavy industry experience
• Forklift Licence: Desirable
• Truck Licence: Desirable
