Site Supervisor or Site Manager required to join a reputable construction firm specialising in heritage, restoration and remedial projects across Sydney CBD.
We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to lead on-site teams and ensure the seamless execution of complex heritage and restoration projects while maintaining a high level of WH&S on site at all times.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee daily site operations for heritage, restoration, and remedial contracts.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and report on project progress, resolving any issues proactively.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising construction projects, within the heritage, restoration or stone masonry sector.
• Strong understanding of traditional construction methods and materials, including stonework and restoration techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Trade qualifications or relevant tertiary education (preferred but not essential).
