Are you an experienced Client Service Manager seeking a rewarding role within a national financial advisory group that truly values work-life balance and family-friendly policies? We are working with a prominent firm, with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide, looking for a talented individual to join their Sydney team in the heart of Martin Place.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large, nationally recognized group, known for its exceptional service and a strong commitment to supporting both their clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide critical support to financial advisers in implementing customized financial planning strategies for clients
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless client experience
- Coordinate with clients’ accountants, fund managers, insurance providers, stockbrokers, and other relevant third parties
- Schedule and organize meetings for advisers, ensuring smooth operations
- Maintain and update client files in compliance with industry regulations
- Prepare and report on client portfolios
- Provide administrative and compliance support to the advisory team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience supporting financial advisers in a similar advisory practice
- A solid understanding of financial planning strategies
- Familiarity with Xplan or similar software is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
