Client Service Manager

About the Role:

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence? Precept Financial Services is seeking a dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support, contributing to the overall productivity and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Effective Adviser Support: Consistently provide high-quality support to advisers, assisting with client-related tasks and ongoing client management.

Operational Support: Proactively contribute to team productivity through operational support activities, creating efficiencies in administrative tasks and procedures.

Client Records Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of client records, preparation of required client advice and managing offshore administration team member/s.

Client Interaction: Manage client queries and liaise with external parties.

Process Improvement: Develop and maintain internal process documents and worksheets to streamline business processes and improve client management.

What You Bring:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in client service and support.

Education: Financial planning qualifications highly regarded.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Xplan software experience is highly desirable. Previous experience with investment platforms is also desirable.

Attributes: Excellent reporting and analysis skills, good time and task management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
