Are you a Client Service Manager superstar looking for a new challenge?

We are searching for a Client Service Manager extraordinaire to add to our close-knit, supportive and driven team.

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will be part of a team supporting 4 financial advisers.

About the Role

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. You will be part of a team supporting 4 advisers ensuring a varied and busy role with no two days the same. This role will be fulltime, based out of our stunning Robina office, minutes from Robina Town Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients via phone, email or in person.
  • Communicating with product providers and insurers.
  • Preparing reports, statements and correspondence for client meetings.
  • Lodgement, implementation and follow up of paperwork.
  • General administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining internal and provider databases with up to date client information.
  • Working closely with the Practice Manager and advisers to follow workflow systems and processes.
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and followed closely.

Our Perfect Candidate

We are seeking someone who has:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role, within the financial services industry.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and the drive for perfection.
  • Clear communication and confidence.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Experience with Xplan would be advantageous but not mandatory.
