Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancer

Join one of Queensland’s top 10 conveyancing firms (rated by PEXA) and take full ownership of your portfolio while being supported by an experienced team. You’ll manage A-Z conveyancing files in a collaborative, dynamic, and high-growth environment, without the admin tasks. Our business grew by 40% last year and now we need to build the team by 40%.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Organize settlements through PEXA workspaces.
• Conduct property searches and manage settlements (40-45 monthly,we can help build your skills to manage this).
• Work with a team of six experienced paralegals, solicitors, and dedicated admin staff who handle all file opening, closing, quoting, follow-ups, debt collection, and more.

ABOUT YOU:

• A strong communicator with excellent client and agent engagement skills.
• A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
• Experience managing 15+ settlements per month.
• A minimum of 1 year in conveyancing (preferred not essential).
