About the Role

As a Senior Conveyancer, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of property transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless service for our clients. You will provide expert guidance, oversee contracts, and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate smooth settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, including contract preparation, contract reviews, property settlements, and client liaison
• Working with the Managing Director, assist with workflow management, staff coordination, and general practice operations
• Work closely with clients and key stakeholders
• Manage legal software systems, ensuring efficient document management and record-keeping
• Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 + years experience in conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of Victorian property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office, PEXA, Duties Online, Triconvey, Monday
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A friendly and professional approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• A desire to collaborate with others and bring out the best in people
