BJW Civil & Renewables is preparing for a Solar Project near Renmark for one of Australia’s leading energy providers.
We are currently taking application for qualified/experienced members to join the team from the local area ahead of the project's start in April.

This project will run for a minimum of 12 months with an additional 3 projects in the pipelines within the Riverland and Murray Regions.

• Supervisor/Leading Hand
• Machine operators/Labourer

Scope of work:

This project will consist of installing ground mounted solar, earthworks, trenching, foundations, perimeter fence and access roads.

Operating Excavators, Skid steers, piling rigs, and heavy equipment.

Supervising a small team, undertaking pre-start and ensuing safety and quality standards are met at all times.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Civil, mining, agriculture, drilling, piling, or trade assistance on solar farms or infrastructure projects
• Machinery Operation: Excavators, rollers, skid steers, piling rigs, and HR or HC licence
• Technical Skills: Interpreting plans, drilling, piling, foundation work, and structural installations
• Certifications: White Card, relevant tickets (e.g., EWP, dogging, rigging, electrical license)
• Safety & Compliance: Strong understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality standards
• Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced, remote, or large-scale project environments
