MRM Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated company, based in the Hunter Valley NSW, specialising in the supply of shotfiring and on bench services to the coal mining industry, currently employing 80 fulltime employees.

We are seeking an experienced Work Health Safety professional, for this unique role, to manage the Work Health Safety Management System, which includes safety, health, environment, engineering, Workers Compensation and some Human Resources Management duties. You will manage daily activities in communication with the Managing Director and Business Manager.

This role is a Work from Home opportunity and would suit persons who require flexibility to work and manage home duties. It can be a permanent or part-time role, other options may be available, as discussed with the successful applicant.

Qualifications Required:

• Work Health Safety Qualifications (Minimum Cert IV)
• Training and Assessment Qualifications (Minimum Cert IV)
• Workers Compensation and Return to Work Accreditation

Experience Required:

• Administration of Human Resources Management (Or the ability to learn and gain a qualification)
• Experience communicating with Principal Contractors such as Mine Management

Commitment Required:

• An office set-up (MRM will supply office equipment needed)
