TUS Offroad is a fast-growing company specialising in premium 4x4 accessories. We are looking for skilled and passionate Accessory Fitters to join our expanding workshop team. Turn your passion of the Outdoor Lifestyle into your next career opportunity. Located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, with flexible hours starting between 6am-9am, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week and monthly overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Fit a wide range of 4x4 accessories (including external lights, bull bars, winches, tub removals, tray installs, toolbox installs, canopies, and much more) ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Conduct inspections and assessments of vehicles to determine the appropriate installation process
• Ensure the accurate and efficient fitting of accessories while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical advice and recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace

Skills and attributes required:

• Qualification/Experience within the automotive industry preferred (12v experience is a must – lights, winches, UHF radios)
• Great automotive fitting skills with a strong mechanical skill aptitude and knowledge of vehicle systems
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Strong self-motivated individual with a logical approach to problem-solving
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A genuine work ethic and responsibility/accountability
• Current drivers’ license is mandatory
• Believe in teamwork and team goals
• Ability to take direction, take constructive criticism and work under strict guidelines
