The role

We are looking for an experienced 4x4 Accessory Fitter to join our team at Rural 4x4 in Cowra, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation and servicing of a wide range of 4x4 accessories and modifications for our rural and regional customers.

Key responsibilities

• Fit and install a variety of 4x4 accessories and modifications such as bull bars, lift kits, dual battery systems, and towing equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical, and electronic issues with 4x4 vehicles
• Maintain detailed records of all work completed and parts used
• Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with relevant safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
• Minimum 1 years' experience as a 4x4 Accessory Fitter or similar role
• Strong technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of 4x4 vehicle systems and accessories
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work to a high standard of quality
• A passion for the 4x4 industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
